Account Information

AI-Generated Content

When you use the Service's AI content generation features, we process your inputs through third-party AI services and store the resulting generated content, including audio, video, images, text, lyrics, and other materials.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your use of the Service:

  • Play history, listening and viewing habits, and content engagement metrics
  • Content interactions (ratings, comments, shares, playlist creation)
  • Device and browser information (device type, operating system, browser type and version)

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card number, CVC, expiration date, or other payment card details. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your inputs through AI services to generate content (audio, video, text, images)
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing

  • Enforce free-tier usage limits and access controls
  • Personalize your experience and deliver content recommendations
  • Display relevant advertisements based on your usage patterns and preferences

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated text content (lyrics, stories, descriptions, educational materials)
  • ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech and voice generation
  • Suno — AI music generation
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery

When you use features that rely on these services, your inputs (such as text prompts and document content) are sent to the applicable third-party provider for processing. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to maintain your authentication session, player preferences, and application state. We may also use cookies for analytics and advertising purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain usage data and analytics for up to twenty-four (24) months for analytical purposes. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active systems within thirty (30) days, although it may persist in backups for up to ninety (90) days. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely for analytical and business purposes. Content you have published or shared may continue to be available even after account deletion pursuant to the licenses granted in our Terms of Service.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
  • Bcrypt-hashed passwords
  • Secure, time-limited, token-based authentication (JWT)
  • Signed, expiring URLs for media content access
  • Database connection pooling with secure configurations

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
