93 Compliance

Company policies your people actually remember.

Turn your policies into short audiobooks, spoken or set to music, and study games. Invite your team, set what they must complete each year, and get a compliance record you can hand to an auditor.

$10 per employee per year. No subscription tiers, no minimums.

How it works

1

Upload your policies

PDF, Word, or pasted text. Every upload is kept as a version, so you always know what people were trained on.

2

We make the audiobooks

Each policy becomes a short audiobook: narrated, as songs, or both. Written only from your document, in its own words and language.

3

Employees listen and play

On the commute, at the gym, at their desk. Quick study games built from the same policy make the rules stick.

4

You get the record

Who listened to how much, who played, their scores, who acknowledged which version, and when. Export it at year end.

Training people finish

Nobody remembers a 40-page PDF they scrolled past. People do remember a song they heard three times on the way to work, and a rule they got wrong once in a game. Policies stay accurate because every word comes from your document.

Requirements you set

How much of each policy to hear every 12 months (or 6, or any period), whether to acknowledge it, and how many minutes of study games.

Onboarding and change deadlines

New hires must be done within, say, 30 days of joining; everyone within 30 days of a policy changing. You choose the windows.

Policy changes, handled

Upload a new version and we summarise what changed, regenerate the audiobooks and games, and email everyone the update.

Spoken, musical, or both

Decide which formats to offer, and whether a spoken audiobook and its musical version count the same for compliance.

Scores and play time

Per employee: game scores and accuracy, minutes of audiobook heard, total play time, and every read, download and acknowledgement.

Remove people cleanly

When someone leaves, remove them: access ends at once and their record stays archived for your reports.

For your employees

Listen anywhere

The 93 app plays policy audiobooks like any audiobook, with the words on screen. Background play and car audio included.

Study games

The same games people already play in 93, filled with questions on your policies. Wrong answers show the right one.

The written policy, always

Read it in the app or on the web, download the original document, and see every earlier version and what changed.

Several employers, kept apart

Someone who works for two companies sees each one separately. Each company sees only its own policies and its own record.

Questions

How accurate are the audiobooks?

They are written only from the document you upload, chapter by chapter, using its own terms, numbers and deadlines, and nothing else. You can listen to everything in your dashboard before you invite anyone, and regenerate any policy.

What counts as engaging with a policy?

You decide: the share of a policy’s audiobook heard in the period (counted once through, replays don’t add up), acknowledging the current version, and minutes of study games, with an optional minimum score.

Do spoken and musical audiobooks count the same?

Only if you say so. Choose “either”, “both”, or one format only. You can also offer just one format.

How does billing work?

$10 per unique employee per year. You pay when you add someone, or buy any number of seats in advance and use them as you invite people. Removing and re-adding the same person within their year costs nothing. An invitation that expires unaccepted gives its seat back.

What if an employee works for more than one company?

Each company pays for them separately, because each has its own compliance needs. They see each company on its own, and nothing they do for one company, or anywhere else in 93, is shown to another.

How do invitations work?

Add employees by email (one at a time or a whole list). They get an invitation that stays open for 7 days; their account becomes active for your company when they accept.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF (with selectable text), Word (.docx), plain text, Markdown or HTML, up to 15 MB, or paste the text.

Your policies stay yours

Policies, audiobooks and records are private to your company and visible only to the people you invite.
